
I really like GHOST® WHEY Milk Chocolate because it goes really well in my oats, with frozen blueberries and almond butter as toppings. I'll have it almost every morning for breakfast and as a stand-alone shake with water when I want the extra protein intake.
When it comes to needing a boost of energy and getting focused for an EPIC gym sesh, GHOST LEGEND® x SOUR PATCH KIDS® Redberry is my go-to! I'm more of a sweet verses sour person and this pre has a good balance, in my opinion.
In addition to GHOST LEGEND®, a lot of the time I'll mix in GHOST® PUMP Lemon Lime and devour a Rice Krispies Treat® before I hit the gym – this combo gives me a crazy "pump".
