Theatre nurse and IFBB pro from Hamilton, New Zealand with a huge passion for health and fitness.

Growing up, Kate was involved in a lot of sports before joining the gym at the age of 18. Since then, training has been a huge part of her life. She competed in powerlifting before making a switch to bodybuilding where she found her passion. In Kate's first competition on a regional level, she came home with two 1st place awards and an overall win. In her second competition, she earned her IFBB pro card in the bikini division.

When Kate's not working or training you can catch her enjoying the outdoors and spending time with rottweiler pup, Flex!
