21 years old, an online fitness coach and current undergraduate student.

Lauren grew up surrounded by the bodybuilding community, loving every aspect that goes into this extreme sport, she soon stepped on stage documenting her entire journey. Falling in love with not only competitive bodybuilding, but also the art behind content creating as well. Lauren shows how maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle is doable even with a small budget and a heavy workload.
