GHOST® WHEY x COUNT CHOCULA® CHUNKY MONKEY RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Banana, Chopped Into Bite-Size Pieces
  • PB2 Powder. Mixed With Water to a Creamy, Peanut Butter-Like Consistency
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1 scoop GHOST® x COUNT CHOCULA® Protein Powder

Directions

  1. 1.  Prepare the tray by lightly coating the compartments of a silicone ice cube tray with non-stick spray or a thin layer of coconut oil to help release the bites later.
  2. 2.  Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20- to 30-second bursts, stirring after each round until smooth. Optional: stir in a teaspoon of coconut oil for extra shine and easier pouring.
  3. 3.  Place a few small pieces of chopped banana into the bottom of each ice-cube compartment, covering the base.
  4. 4.  Sprinkle a few chopped walnuts over the banana pieces, pressing them lightly so they stay in place.
  5. 5.  In a separate bowl, combine the GHOST® WHEY x COUNT CHOCULA® with just enough water to create a thick batter, starting with 2–3 tablespoons. Mix this into the prepared PB2 until smooth and creamy, then spoon a dollop of the mixture over the banana-walnut layer in each cube.
  6. 6.  Spoon the melted chocolate over the top of each cube, letting it spread to cover the peanut-butter layer completely.
  7. 7.  While the chocolate is still soft, lightly sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and a few shreds of unsweetened coconut onto each cube.
  8. 8.  Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until the bites are firm and fully set.
  9. 9.  Pop the bites out of the tray and enjoy straight from the freezer and enjoy!
