GHOST® WHEY x COUNT CHOCULA® CHUNKY MONKEY RECIPE

Ingredients
- 1 Medium Banana, Chopped Into Bite-Size Pieces
- PB2 Powder. Mixed With Water to a Creamy, Peanut Butter-Like Consistency
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 scoop GHOST® x COUNT CHOCULA® Protein Powder
Directions
- 1. Prepare the tray by lightly coating the compartments of a silicone ice cube tray with non-stick spray or a thin layer of coconut oil to help release the bites later.
- 2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20- to 30-second bursts, stirring after each round until smooth. Optional: stir in a teaspoon of coconut oil for extra shine and easier pouring.
- 3. Place a few small pieces of chopped banana into the bottom of each ice-cube compartment, covering the base.
- 4. Sprinkle a few chopped walnuts over the banana pieces, pressing them lightly so they stay in place.
- 5. In a separate bowl, combine the GHOST® WHEY x COUNT CHOCULA® with just enough water to create a thick batter, starting with 2–3 tablespoons. Mix this into the prepared PB2 until smooth and creamy, then spoon a dollop of the mixture over the banana-walnut layer in each cube.
- 6. Spoon the melted chocolate over the top of each cube, letting it spread to cover the peanut-butter layer completely.
- 7. While the chocolate is still soft, lightly sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and a few shreds of unsweetened coconut onto each cube.
- 8. Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until the bites are firm and fully set.
- 9. Pop the bites out of the tray and enjoy straight from the freezer and enjoy!
