Every product* on the GHOST® website is available to purchase with dollars (more currencies coming soon!) or loyalty points. Simply select your product and flavor of choice, pick your payment method and add to cart.
*Certain limited edition items may not be available to purchase with points at time of launch.

WHAT'S YOUR STATUS?
The more you shop and interact with GHOST®, the sooner you'll hit our exclusive status tiers, which give dope perks to our most active members. Perks include point multipliers (so you earn more on every purchase), free shipping, exclusive/cut the line access to events, exclusive product drops and more.
Members attain status by earning the required number of GHOST® loyalty points during a year's time. Once you qualify for BRONZE, SILVER, or GOLD status, your status is valid for the remainder of the calendar year and the entire next calendar year. If you don’t hit status, don’t worry, your points are yours to keep and spend as long as your account has had activity in the last 18 months.

Make sure you are logged into your loyalty account. To redeem the item using your points, select the “BUY WITH POINTS" option, and the item will then be added to your cart. After you checkout, the points redeemed for that item will then be deducted from your loyalty account.
Loyalty points under “Tier Points Earned” are points that go towards your loyalty tier/status. Status Points are the points that are reset on the 1st of January every calendar year - this means that you need to earn enough status points within January to December in order to reach Bronze, Silver, or Gold Status.
However, the “Tier Points Earned” balance that resets every calendar year is not the same as the "Point Balance” section on your account. Your point balance is the total amount balance of loyalty points that you have to use/redeem for free items on our website! Also, please note that your loyalty point balance is not affected by the yearly reset on status points each calendar year as it is completely separate and your total points also do not expire.
Once you're logged into your GHOST® Loyalty Account, just click on the Loyalty Tab and select "Earn Points". If you scroll down, you'll see a "Refer Friends" option - from there, you'll be able to share your own referral link through Facebook, X, or you can even copy your custom referral link and send the link directly to others.
After you share your referral link with someone and that person creates a GHOST® Loyalty Account, they'll be sent a 20% off discount code that qualifies for first time orders, and when that person places their first order, 500 loyalty points will automatically be rewarded to your loyalty account - SICK!
Loyalty Tiers reset on January 1st of every calendar year - this means that you would need to earn enough tier-eligible points between January and December of each year to hit Bronze, Silver, or Gold Status.

Make sure that you are logged into your correct loyalty account. You can click on the badge to view its details and make sure that you have correctly qualified for the badge. If these have all been done, you can email support@ghostlifestyle.com, and we will add that badge to your loyalty account.
