GHOST® SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

ABOUT THE SUBSCRIPTION

Ghost L.L.C. (“Company,” “us” or “we”) offers auto-renewing Subscriptions (“Subscription”) according to the following Subscription Terms. When we refer to “you” or “your” we mean you, the person accessing these terms and conditions (the “Subscription Terms”).

 

Please note that your use of Company website and any associated mobile applications is also governed by our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Subscription Terms. By placing a Subscription order through the Company website or mobile app, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.

 

Please read these Subscription Terms carefully.

 

Eligibility

To sign up for a Subscription, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of one of the following: the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or Australia (together, the “Eligible Regions”). Placing an order for a Subscription requires creation of an account (“Account”).

 

All Subscription orders are subject to these Subscription Terms. All Subscriptions automatically renew as described below unless cancelled by you or by us in accordance with these Purchase Terms. See HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION below.

 

By placing an order for a Subscription, you agree to allow Ghost to email you about your Account, your profile, your Subscription, and occasional promotions related to your Subscription.

 

Subscription Orders

We may limit quantities of or cancel Subscription orders purchased for any reason in our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event we need to change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided at the time the order was made. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide in your Account is accurate.

 

Subscription discounts are shown on each product page that is eligible for a Subscription. Not all products or merchandise sold on the Company website or mobile app is eligible for a Subscription. Please review the applicable product page for the most up to date information about discounts and other benefits. Company reserves the right to change the Subscription benefits, including the discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current Subscriptions.

 

Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, and shipping charges). If the item is unavailable when we plan to ship it, we will notify you and give you the option to either select an alternative item or skip that scheduled delivery. If we discontinue an item, we will notify you that your subscription has ended.

 

Your Subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel or until your Subscription is terminated by us.

 

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your Subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. Your participation in the Subscription program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your Subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization. 

 

Subscription benefits and promotions in effect apply only to eligible items displaying the offer message on the applicable product pages, and then only if you select Subscription order method. Subscriptions are good while supplies last. Special limited time Subscription promotions, if any, only apply during their effective dates.

 

All returns under the Subscription Program are subject to the returns policy laid out in our Terms of Sale, https://www.ghostlifestyle.com/pages/shipping-returns. Subscriptions are void where prohibited.

 

Payment; Renewal

The total cost charged to your payment method for each Subscription order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed less the applicable Subscription discount, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping and handling charges. Any credit balances on your Account may be applied toward the balance of your order before charging any remaining balance to your payment method. 

 

The charge for each Subscription shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your Subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Subscription order with the payment method you used to create your Subscription, you authorize us to update your Subscription with another payment method in your account and to charge the payment method for your Subscription order.

 

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Your Subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled (unless one or more of your items are discontinued, in which case we will notify you that your subscription has ended). You can cancel or modify your Subscription at any time via the “Manage Subscription” section of your Account. You can reach your Account by clicking visiting www.ghostlifestyle.com/account. Once your Subscription is cancelled, you will only be charged for any items already in the process of being sent to you and no further orders for that subscription item will be placed. If you cancel your subscription and then reactivate it, the discount applied to any Subscription may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation.

 

Agreement Changes

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Subscription Terms without notice to you. If any change to these Subscription Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
